What if I purchased an item and it's out of stock?
We are constantly adding new merchandise, restocking and updating our warehouse inventory. Every weekend our site is updated. If by some chance you purchased something that's temporarily out of stock due to actual sales, we will notify you ASAP. You can substitute for another item on our site or your credit/debit card payment used through Paypal will be refunded. If you substitute and the price is higher, we can send you a PayPal invoice with addtional amount, if price is lower we will refund the difference. If no response to e-mails, we will refund your payment. If you ordered more than 1 item, we will refund the cost of the out of stock item. We try to update our website ASAP and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We want our customers to know that you don't have to worry about not being refunded if an item is out of stock. Thank you.

What is your return policy?
Our goal is 100% Customer Satisfaction as we want you to shop with us again. Please ask questions before purchasing if your not sure of something. All our merchandise is brand new and unused. If you receive a defective item we will gladly replace it, you must e-mail us within 5 days of delivery receipt. Please be sure to inspect your item(s) upon receipt, we will not honor past the 5 day requirement to: email@example.com. *TO CLARIFY: A defect is, if the purpose of the item, it's intended use, is affected due to the manufacturing flaw in the item; slight color variations, it doesn't fit your needs or you don't like it are not considered defects. Be sure to reference your invoice/order # in the subject line. Our Customer Service Team will give you a RA # with detailed instructions on return; you must have an RA # for ALL replacements/returns/credits. All postage fees back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. Upon receipt and inspection, we will mail out replacement. For all other returns, a (20%) Restocking Fee will be deducted from credit upon inspection. Returns MUST have an RA #, be in the ORIGINAL BOX, UNUSED RESALEABLE CONDITION, be accompanied by a Copy of the Invoice and a note stating reason for return (must have an RA # or pkg will be returned). We will refund the "Purchase Price Only" excluding initial shipping/handling charges and (20%) restocking fee, "upon inspection". *All postage fees back to us are the responsibility of the purchaser. Do not send damaged returns, they will be refused and sent back to you; you must claim damages with carrier.
Shipping Damage: sometimes situations arise that are out of our control. We package all our merchadise very well to try to avoid this. In the case that your order, in whole or in part, is damaged by the carrier, "it has to be claimed with that carrier". We will gladly replace "defective" merchandise but, cannot be held liable/responsible for the actions of the freight carrier. Be sure to note any product and box damage with the carrier ASAP and keep for their inspection. Any assistance from us that you need we will gladly provide. Again, do not send us damaged returns, we will only send them back; you must claim damages with carrier. Again, if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
What Are Your Shipping Charges?
We do our best to offer a very reasonable shipping charge, contracted to get the lowest rates possible. Shipping charges begin at $7.95 for up to 4 lbs then just an additional $1.00/lb thereafter.
